ADA Rating (4.1) NEW Wheelchair Wheel chair Walker Cup Beverage Holder

7) Any other ratings or comments, such as obvious health code violations (describe): This item works well functionally on regular (people powered/push) "Metro IC4" wheelchair, as it comes with 2 round mounting brackets, being small and larger. Each with a knurled set screw. The probem is the small bracket is too small to "snap" on, and the larger bracket snaps on, but even with the knurled set screw all the way in, it still isn't tight, as the cupholder will spin around on the wheelchair. The small bracket might snap if it were 3/16" shorter. The mount doesn't swivvle all either after mounted. This cup holder doesn't work on a "permobile" electric wheelchair, as each of the mounting brackets are round. Maybe okay for a coffee cup while not moving and that's about it.

Additional note: I recommend looking at a motorcycle style cupholder, as these usually hold the beverage container tight (which this doesn't), and usually also swivvle.

Their is just barely enough room for a wheelchair to pass, and I had to be pushed past it because I was concerned that I may accidentally roll off the curb and fall to the parking lot. Also while my wife was struggling to push (eventually she had to pull) my wheelchair in through the door, in which the bottom of the doorway metal frame is way too high (with no concrete build up), no employee inside the McDonalds (which was not busy) came to assist us. We struggled for 15-20 seconds to get through the door. Rating 1.

Another note regarding customer service in this Wal-Mart. As has been my experience at most Wal-Marts, most employees either avoid eye contact to avoid helping you, or practically run away from you to avoid being asked to help you. This is the case here too, with all but one of the employees I had to try to chase them in my wheelchair. Note, that I was in my wheelchair, not in one of their electric carts. The exception is a nice salt and pepper gray haired lady, who asked me if I needed help. Rating 2

Any other ratings or comments, such as obvious health code violations (describe): The food was good, and this was one of the best of fast food restaurants we've rated so far. One issue... Two subsequent trips (only to drive in resulted in errors in the orders).
